SMS is proven to be a powerful tool to drive attendance at events.

In today's multichannel world, Modern Marketers need to be in a position to engage with people in a variety of ways.

SMS can easily be incorporated as part of your  Campaigns directly from the Eloqua Campaign Canvas.
Built into the Eloqua Campaign Canvas, including SMS as part of your campaigns, is simple.
In the example shown above, the SMS Action Step is used in conjunction with Shared Lists. At the point of registering for an event, registrants are asked would they prefer an email or SMS reminder.

On the day of the event, Eloqua checks the Shared List to identify their preference, for those who asked for an SMS reminder we check to see if we have their mobile number. If the Eloqua Contact contains a mobile number, the SMS is then sent.
